The southern style rub and batter on the chicken was very tasty and didn't have the sense of grease as you would expect from some so called fast food chain chicken restaurants/takeaway joints.
MotherClucker describe themselves/their chicken as "tea brined, buttermilk soaked, twice battered fried chicken". The slight spice and herbs give it a good kick and make it feel like a new addition to the food scene.
Good idea and Good restaurant- #winning combination.
