The problem comes when you have just too much left over and don't need to use it.
So what do I do? I couldn't let it go to waste, so I did something even better.
So the recipe is as follows: (Rough measurements)
- Coriander- OBVIOUSLY
- Garlic - a couple of cloves
- Walnuts - nice change here
- Olive oil
- Sea Salt
- A bit of broccoli
- Lime Juice
That was it. It was alright, it was good for dinner and I made sure i didn't waste the coriander in my fridge.
