With rare breed beef, this small restaurant aims to please its customers with a new dining experience. They do this with their experimental club, where they invite diners to invent their own burger creation and if it's good enough it will be on the menu. This sounds like a great idea but is only on Mondays and Saturdays and is £35.
The burger was good and i did enjoy it, however, the wow factor was not there for me. You could taste that rare breed quality in the meat, but the juicy flavours you would expect from that did not materialise. The chips were tasty and any time is see that there is beef dripping on chips i get really excited. The extra seasoning from the fat is amazing and doesn't really need any dips or sauces with it.
